We are a family of cheese lovers and a cheese ranger is what we call someone who, like us, appreciates cheese. Normandy is the pasture and orchard region of France and has a huge variety of artisan cheeses to try as well as the more well known PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Normandy Camembert.
Come and stay with us for a weekend of discovery. While you’re here, visit the nearby local cheese farm as well as the fabulous Fromagerie Des Rochas Bagnoles.
Wherever you are in the Normandy Region you’re never far from Horses. The culture, history and territory of Normandie makes it an area of equine excellence. The region’s temperate climate and lush landscapes makes it a fabulous destination for horse lovers. The French equestrian traditions in Normandy have received official classification as part of UNESCO’s list of intangible heritage.
Whether you’re a seasoned equestrian or a novice, come to La Pommeraie where we will arrange a horse riding experience for you to enjoy at our neighbour’s equestrian centre here in Le Jardin.
